NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
We offer the following delivery charges within New Zealand:
North Island orders under $150 $7.00
South Island orders under $150 $12.00
Orders OVER $150 FREE
Some larger items may also incur an extra delivery charge. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We aim to get your order to you within 3 working days, however some remote and rural areas may take a little longer.
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track your parcel.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, please bear this in mind when you enter your delivery address.
We are committed to making sure that each delivery reaches the right person so most of our orders are sent “signature required”. This means that if you are not there to sign for your parcel when the courier calls, a card will be left for you with re-delivery instructions.
Some smaller items may be sent without “signature required”
COLLECTION FROM OUR SHOWROOM
We are happy for you to collect from our office/showroom in Mt Albert, Auckland. Please place your order and choose "pick up by arrangement" during the checkout process. Once we have received your order we will contact you to make a time to suit for collection. Normally during business hours but we can also arrange weekend pick ups. Sorry no EFTPOS facility at showroom, payment must be made either via credit card online or cash on pick up.
AUSTRALIA DELIVERY
Great news - we now offer shipping to Australia! Pricing is based on the value & size of your parcel and starts at $25 for up to $150 worth of goods going up in $10 increments for each $100 spent.
The shipping cost will automatically show once you select Australia as your country during the checkout process.
Please allow 3-10 working days for this airmail service - perhaps a little longer during December and other holidays. If you require a faster delivery service the cost will be higher,
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are happy to provide a quote for shipping orders to countries other than New Zealand and Australia. Please contact us at for a quote before placing an order.
International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.
